php_file_contents的一个疑惑

file_get_contents php

在服务器A上的一个文件test.php，里面使用file_get_contents函数获取一个服务器B上的一个网页的内容
服务器A为双线ip
服务器B也为双线ip
服务器B的联通ip出现问题，具体表现为联通ip直接访问B上的网页，出现bad request （invalid hostname）提示
这种情况下，联通ip的客户端访问A上的文件test.php
获取到的内容是一个bool(false)
但是在电信ip的客户端浏览器里直接访问服务器B里面的网页，是可以显示内容的

这个现象不是很明白，请各位探讨一下。
