这个写shell应该就OK了,导出数据,上传
不要自己写服务。这个需求在linux下一般采用cron执行,windows也不例外,有cron for windows。cron会注册一个服务,你只需要把你的业务逻辑写成shell,注册给cron就好了。
或者还有个思路,把你的shell写成一个long-running的程序挂在那里。
