y-php页面显示记录的时候时有时无是什么情况？

我刚开始做PHP，用的是wampserver，在本地做完没有问题，但是发到远程服务器上的时候就会出现有时数据库里的数据不显示到前台页面，这就导致了打开一个页面，里面的数据有是有，有时没有；没有的时候怎么刷新页面都没有，但可能隔上十分钟半小时的又好了
