Forbes China and global leadership consulting firm Russell Reynolds Associates officially released the 2023 "Forbes China Best Employers" selection results on August 28.

According to information, nearly 500 companies participated in this selection, about 20% of which registered companies are from the industrial manufacturing industry; about 100,000 people participated in this selection survey. Among all the selected companies, 6 are enterprise technology companies, and there are 5 companies each in the industrial manufacturing and financial industries.
The 2023 employee questionnaire survey shows how much employees in mainland China value "salary returns" There is still a clear gap between what they get and what they actually get. Only 68.4% of participants believe that their salary increase can match their work effort, while the survey conclusion is 76.5% in 2022.
