News on August 24, overseas mini console manufacturer Simply NUC announced today the launch of a new 4*4 NUC host model——Onyx. This highly anticipated console is expected to be available for pre-order on August 29, with prices starting at $699 (approximately RMB 5,089).

Onyx host has made significant breakthroughs in performance and scalability. It is understood that this host introduces an Intel Core i9-13900H processor up to 45W, providing users with more powerful computing capabilities. In addition, Onyx also supports up to 96GB of DDR5-5200 memory, allowing users to cope with more complex multitasking needs.

In terms of storage, the Onyx host is equipped with a 2.5-inch hard drive bay and M.2 SSD slot, the maximum storage capacity can reach an astonishing 16TB. This allows users to easily store and manage large amounts of data, files, and media content.
