Check whether there is a php_mysqli.dll file in the ext directory of php. If so, continue with the steps below. The wamp software opens at http://localhost/phpmyadmin/ by default. I tried http://127.0.0.1/phpmyadmin/. So, open the phpmyadmin configuration file D:wampaliasphpmyadmin.conf and change Allow from 127.0.0.1 to Allow from 127.0.0.1 localhost.
