After installing appserv, I cannot log in to phpmyadmin_PHP tutorial

After installing appserv, I cannot log in to phpmyadmin

After successfully installing appserv 2.5.10, I cannot log in to phpmyadmin. I used to install this version in my laptop and it worked normally. The following page keeps appearing:(
