应届生 求业难 求指导
自认为自己的PHP和前端方面都学的不错,但是看到网上都是要求有几年以上经验的应届生不招,让我很是蛋疼。我本身是网站前端开发专业毕业的学生,现在有点井底之蛙的感觉。在学校期间我们开了PHP课程和.NET课程，由于我比较喜欢PHP所以买了很多资料在学习，在网上也看了不少的视频。自认为不错了，但是想想我现在学的东西 不知道工作中应该用到哪些，不知道真正的PHP程序员每天到底是干些什么，希望有前辈可以指点一下！学了框架学了MVC学了Smarty学了jQuery学了Bootstrap学了Wordpress等等等等。我完全不知道在公司里会不会有人用，我感觉我是被隔离开了一样，我对互联网是非常热爱的，我也是非常热爱学习的一个人，看了不少方面的书。现在感觉好像很迷茫，感觉学的东西好像是为了逗乐自己的玩具一样，没多大意义。
无奈下我只好在网上找“实习PHP”类似字样的关键字，有几家公司都很积极的给我打电话要我来面试，没想到都是坑爹的。
说说今天下午吧，我们这下着大雪，一家公司（我就不说名字了）在前一天通知我去面试，我搭车提前赶到了公司。一脸自信的把简历交了过去，然后就让我填他们的表写了自己的一些信息。接着他们有一位经理给我们讲述了他们公司是多牛X多牛X是三轮风投明年上市的公司。两个小时说完他就走了，让我有点不解（可能是我没经验吧！）。一位面试官给了我们在场的十来位应聘者笔试题，很简单的一些问题（面向对象，数据库，PHP基础等等）。我很快写完交给了面试官，重点来了没想到面试官把我写的东西全放在一边让我自我介绍，从头到尾都没看过题目和我的简历，我很有自信的说完我的情况。接着，更出奇的是面试官居然不问技术性的问题，一路点头，最后问了一句，JS和JSP用的熟不？我真是无语了为什么拿JS和JSP说话？我不是来应聘PHP的吗？我就说我没用过，最后面试官给我的答复是：“你很不错，我给你介绍去XXX公司或者去北京XXX公司好吗？你在我们这边先跟着项目组做一个星期看情况我再把你送到别的公司”。我瞬间感觉蛋疼了，尼玛就是个中介？ 我直接问：“你们是中介？”面试官居然说：“我们是猎头服务。”....... 多的就不说了。
坑人不带这样的好吗？我二话不说直接走了。其实他们就是想拉找各种理由我进去培训，坑了钱也坑了时间，家里人天天催让去工作。现在压力好大不知道自己学这些到底有什么用了。
以前觉得自己还是个聪明人，现在我感觉我只能去打印店里打字了。
真心求指点。前辈们的经验能说出来听听吗？
PS：我对编程有绝对的热爱，一心只想进入互联网行业。我本想自己工作赞点钱去北京培训一下（家里条件不太好）。现在这个想法还真是遥远了。

都学了，学的怎么样才是个问题，我们大家都学中文，但是靠它吃饭的没几个。
不过大学生研究什么PHP啊。。。不是都研究底层的吗？这玩意除非你研究真的很怎么样了，才好找工作！如果你说你研究的好，拿个项目出来看看呗。研究Wordpress，你的插件下载超过10W，我相信直接拿出这一个数据就N多公司要你。。
培训？没搞错吧。别费那钱了，大学学了好几年的基础，看啥不能自学，抠几个月你都是给人培训的。
不过别担心，主要是渠道不对吧。慢慢来

关于PHP 公司大部分都是会招一些有经验的人，所以如果是去应聘PHP实习生的话 可以继续找相关的工作，并且可能需要把需求方面的东西放低些。

其实想说，还是有公司会招毕业生的，不要灰心。
招毕业生的很多啊。特别是小公司。给个建议你。你可以很低工资或者干脆不要工资去一家小公司做做程序员。小公司工作没有分那么细。基本上什么工作都会摊上。你在有限的时间里尽量学习多的东西。等你呆了一两个月。再出去面试就会完全不同了

其实他们公司肯定是个培训公司，不然不会这么不珍惜人才的！

招应届生的公司 大部分都是有实力进行人才储备的大公司 只有小部分才是开不起价钱的小外包公司
后者最好不要去,因为你是应届,所以向前者展示出你在大学学习中在PHP方面超出常人的特质,应该会得到很多加分
