怎么在后台登录呢？如果是oauth需要用户跳转到登录界面登录

建议你还是先了解一下oauth的流程吧，你就不会问这个问题了。
还有，人人的并不友好，sina的oauth更标准，和facebook的参数名都一样（谁抄谁的呢？。。。）
所以，要是学习的话sina的就好，项目需要那就看renren吧，也不难。

oauth的认证必须要用户授权，因此没有办法全部后台。
大致流程：
申请app的key和secret
生成你自己的url
引导用户访问这个url，这个url会让用户登录人人网，登陆的用户进行授权
授权后页面跳转到你的自己页面，这个时候你获取了一个token
拿着这个token你才能自己后台处理，最终获取用户信息

而用户授权那个过程无法跳过
