新浪云（包括所有的云）不能使用文件函数
必须使用他们提供的虚拟文件系统管理类
具体申请和使用请阅读他们的开发手册
其原因很简单：
由于访问量巨大，不是单台服务器所能承受的，必须使用负载均衡或服务器集群
于是你的网站不确定是从那台服务器上启动的，因此服务器上的文件系统就不能用了
必须做一个涵盖所有服务器的虚拟文件系统，来映射存放在实体机器上的文件
