已安装gd库，phpinfo()都能看到了，但仍提示Call to undefined function imagecreatefromjpeg()

刚看了下手册，其中有一句是这么写的：Note: JPEG 支持仅在 PHP 与 GD-1.8 或更高版本一起编译时可用。
会不会是因为配置环境时，php没有和gd一起编译呢？因为环境不是我配的，配的人好像也不是十分精通。。。
如果支持jpeg会看到JPG Support enabled这句的。

没有装好是否就是php手册里面所说的，gd没有和php一起编译呢？或者其他可能性？
要激活 jpeg-6b 的支持，加上 --with-jpeg-dir=DIR.
