把网页放到apache目录下的 htdocs/,然后通过 http://localhost/对应的路径，就能访问了。
比如你的apache在D:/apache，在D:/apache/htdocs下，建立一个文件夹“test”，在test文件夹里面放了index.php文件，可以打开浏览器，在地址栏内输入：http://localhost/test/index.php 访问
至于apache 如何配置解析php文件，网上教程很多了，搜索一下
