各位高手们进来帮帮忙忙，数据库查询问题
有一表存着客户的信息，相对这些地方我们设定了特定的顺序，按着这些顺序罗列出来
这个表的信息如：小李上海
小张陕西西安
小杨武汉洪山区
小黄北京
小金新疆
小黄河南郑州
小周西藏
我们设定的优先级是北京，上海，武汉，西安，新疆对没有排序的随便跟在后面就好。
结果是：
小黄北京
小李上海
小杨武汉洪山区
小张陕西西安
小金新疆
小黄河南郑州
小周西藏
有一个“按地域进行排名”的按钮。点击此按钮的时候将表中的数据按照上面的结果罗列出来。注意模糊查询哦。

最快捷的方法是单独查你优先级的数据。接下来再查非优先级的数据。两个组合一起就ok了

2、如果你需要的排序顺序与民政部的行政区划代码一致，可直接使用这样可直接排序到县区

添加新列，按地区指定数值，比如北京001，上海002，，随便的直接100000，然后按这列值排序。
