------解决方案--------------------
首先计算客户端与服务器端时间差，记入session，按一定规则发送计时器起点到客户端
就是说，倒计时的目标以服务器端为准
服务器起始时间A1,结束时间B1
客户端起始时间A2，结束时间B2
在同一session下，忽略网络传送的话A1-A2==B1-B2==时区差（注意这个不一定是整数小时哦），B1固定，通过计算求得B2再实行计时器
