配置php环境出现的连接被重置问题
php文件能够正常执行，但是当php文件连接数据库的时候，页面提示连接被重置问题。
原因不详！
解决办法：
将libmysql.dll文件 拷贝到windows/system32和apache/bin两个目录下，重启后正常
