Tencent was revealed to have adjusted its employee salary and welfare policies: including service award bonuses and E-House plan subsidies into monthly salaries

News from this site on July 10, according to Sina Technology reports, Tencent today announced adjustments to employee salary and benefit policies through an all-employee email, involving:
  1. Spread employee service awards evenly to monthly salary
  2. Incorporate the E-House Plan subsidy into the monthly salary

The adjustment is designed to meet employees' higher demand for immediate and stable cash flow, and to alleviate young employees' concerns about a drop in income after the "E-House Plan" expires.

The specific adjustments will be reflected on August 5:

  1. Employee Service Award: will be transferred to an equal share over 12 months as a monthly salary base.
  2. School enrollment housing subsidy: Adjusted to be paid in 15 months and directly included in the monthly salary base.

After the adjustment, the monthly basic salary for school enrollment will increase by 3,200 yuan, and the total housing subsidy in three years will reach approximately 144,000 yuan (taking the Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou, and Shenzhen regions as an example).
