网站被黑了，老是会自动生成很多赌博色情的垃圾html文件，删都删不完。然后我在服务器（阿里云）上装了rkhunter,然后检测了下，有几个warning，我怀疑这个是不是有问题。
求大神指导下，该怎么做？

文件里显示有的系统命令都被替换了，这样肯定是有问题的
