News from this site on November 19th. Yesterday evening, SpaceX conducted the second comprehensive test of Starship (Starship/Starship/Starship). The goal is to successfully circle the Earth and then return to the Earth. But Saturday's flight ended after just eight minutes.

The U.S. Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) believes that this result is an accident and will supervise SpaceX’s investigation into the cause of the accident. The FAA added in a separate post that there were no reports of injuries or damage to public property from the flight.

SpaceX officials stated that during this test, the Starship successfully lifted off under the power of all 33 Raptor engines on the Super Heavy booster. , and passed interstage thermal separation. Officials acknowledged, however, that the booster experienced a rapid, unplanned disintegration shortly after stage separation (a live broadcast showed an explosion after separation), and that the Starship's engines continued to burn for several minutes on its way to space.

After the first test mission of the starship, the FAA also conducted a supervisory investigation. In addition to the fuel leak, that launch damaged some of Starbase's infrastructure, blasting a crater under the facility's orbital launch mount and scattering concrete chunks and other debris across the surrounding area.

Referring to previous reports on this site, the FAA finally concluded its investigation into the accident on September 8, but it did not issue a launch license for the second flight test to SpaceX until November 15, and it Safety reviews and environmental assessments have previously been completed.

mPDF is a PHP library that can generate PDF files from UTF-8 encoded HTML. The original author, Ian Back, wrote mPDF to output PDF files "on the fly" from his website and handle different languages. It is slower than original scripts like HTML2FPDF and produces larger files when using Unicode fonts, but supports CSS styles etc. and has a lot of enhancements. Supports almost all languages, including RTL (Arabic and Hebrew) and CJK (Chinese, Japanese and Korean). Supports nested block-level elements (such as P, DIV),
