Windows 10 KB5031445 performance fixes rolled out

Today’s patch will push to Windows 10 22H2 build 19045.3636, and Microsoft has clarified that it will not force the update to be downloaded or installed. This means optional patches can be skipped and we'll get the same fixes, improvements, and changes as the Windows 10 2023 <> Monthly Update.

The patch is titled "Cumulative Update Preview 64-5031445 for Windows 10 version 22H2 for x2023-based systems (KB10)".

Updates will appear in Settings for download.
