HomeTechnology peripheralsIt IndustryThe mobile terminal welcomes Raptor Lake Refresh architecture products: i7-14700HX appears on PugetBench

News on October 27, Intel recently released the new 14th generation Core Raptor Lake Refresh desktop processor, and according to the score data of the PugetBench platform, the mobile terminal is also expected to welcome the arrival of Raptor Lake Refresh architecture products.

Currently, we have seen the Intel Core i7-14700HX mobile processor on the PugetBench platform, which is equipped with Intel Ruixuan A570M GPU.

Judging from the naming, i7-14700HX belongs to Raptor The Lake-HX series, which uses high-performance 55-watt specifications, is mainly targeted at the gaming laptop and mobile workstation markets and can be regarded as the direct successor of the current i7-13700HX.

However, the current benchmark platform does not disclose other specific specifications of the i7-14700HX, and the release time of the new processor has not yet been disclosed. It should be noted that this processor scored 842 points on the PugetBench platform, but this data does not have much reference value because it is lower than the score of the previous generation i7-13700HX.

Raptor Lake The Refresh architecture brings 50% extra E-cores to the desktop i7 platform. If Intel keeps the same plan on the mobile version, the i7-14700HX may adopt 8P 12E core architecture instead of i7-13700HX’s 8P 8E core. This upgrade is expected to bring more powerful performance and multi-tasking capabilities to mobile users.
