Twitch follows TikTok and launches vertical scrolling video streaming feature
According to news from this site on August 23, Twitch is trying to launch a video browsing method similar to Douyin. The company is testing a feature called “discovery” that allows users to browse vertically in a vertically scrolling video stream. Browse video clips from Twitch creators.

The feature will begin rolling out to "select users" on Tuesday, Twitch published a post on X introducing the feature. Currently, the Discover feature will only show horizontally oriented clips, and Twitch says users will see vertically oriented clips as the feature "evolves." The Discover feature currently includes two types of video clips, "featured" and "popular," and creators can mark the clips they want to add to the "featured" pool.
This site has noticed that companies such as Spotify, Amazon and Reddit have also launched video display methods similar to Douyin style.
Twitch announced the Discover feature in July, along with a number of other new features involving video clips, including exporting clips directly to TikTok. The company also announced in July that it planned to bring stories to the platform.

Supports almost all languages, including RTL (Arabic and Hebrew) and CJK (Chinese, Japanese and Korean). Supports nested block-level elements (such as P, DIV),
