Help needed! A lightweight CSS framework/library

Hi everyone,
From time to time, I work on small projects for myself or to test out ideas.
And every time, I end up spending a lot of time trying to find a ready-made solution for styles.
Since these projects are small or just ideas for validation, I’d like something along the lines of "add a file and forget about it."
But right after that, I realized that tags are not enough, and you need basic components like breadcrumbs, cards, tabs, etc.
Also, even for simple ideas, the interface isn’t always straightforward, so it’s better to create several options for testing in Figma or a similar tool.
Another issue is customization. I see that many frameworks offer the option to choose a primary color, which is great, but in my opinion, it’s not enough.
When I am testing an idea, the font, color, and shape overall impression, and that’s really important.
There’s a big difference between a service for the corporate sector and an app for a school or kindergarten, and it’s hard to set the tone with just one color.

So, based on what I’ve said, I’m looking for a framework or library that:

  • Has an implementation in Figma to think through interface solutions;
  • Provides styling for tags and basic components;
  • Offers a "plug and play" installation option and a well-thought-out extension concept;
  • Includes a set of ready-made solutions (e.g., CSS variables) for different themes.

This is written a bit chaotically, but I’d appreciate your advice and recommendations.
I’ve probably forgotten some important details, so feel free to share your thoughts.
