程序使用Python进行开发，所以优先考虑Python。 PHP已经考虑过UCenter，但是因为不会写Python API它的代码（官方给的都是PHP），所以基本不会考虑它。
最好是以HTTP Get方法进行API，比如http://www.example.com/?username=xxx&password=xxx 然后它返回一个数组什么的

python的话推荐使用django框架。 api框架可以使用django reset framework。
