Eclipse view
About the view
The Eclipse view allows users to view the metadata of the project more intuitively in the form of charts. For example, folders and files displayed graphically in the project navigation view represent related project and property views in another editing window.
Eclipse perspective can display any view and editing window.
All editor instances appear in an editor area and can be viewed through the folder view.
A workbench window can display any number of folder views. Each folder view can display one or more views.
Organization View
The following figure shows the four views of the folder view.
The image below shows four views in two folder views.
Remove views views
To move a view from one folder view to another simply click on the view title and push the view tool area to another folder view.
Creating Folder Views
Folder views can be created dynamically by moving the view title bar outside the editor or by moving the title bar to another folder view. In the picture below if you drag the title bar within the green wireframe it means a new folder view will be created.
By moving the drag icon to the bottom of the window, you can create a view folder that spans the entire width of the window. By moving the drag icon to the left or right side of the window, you can create a view folder that spans the entire height of the window.
Operation View
You can click the "Show View" option in the Window menu to open other views.
Clicking the "Other" menu option will pop up a "Show View" dialog box, in which you can find and activate the view.
Views are organized by categories. You can quickly find views using the search box. Then open the view and select it, and click the "OK" button.
