关于mysql使用中出现异常，

mysql 【odbc3.51 driver】can't connect to mysql server on 127.0.0.1（10061）
这是问题信息，我这里有一个管理系统，在登陆界面时，有的时候会提示这个信息，并且无法登陆，但是重新启动电脑后，可以暂时使用，过一段时间，就出现这问题，手动启动mysql服务可以暂时使用，过一段时间，还是会出现这个问题，希望大家能够有好的办法，谢谢
