其实这个错误按字面意思就是不能打开mysql.event表,那么就是权限问题导致的。一般mysql也无法运行。

在windows上安装MySQL时,刚装后一切正常,但出于数据安全考虑,想把数据库目录放在D:\mysql\data下,于是对my.ini进行修改,将datadir="C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\MySQL\MySQL Server 5.5\data"改为datadir="D:/mysql/data"。
修改后不能重启mysql服务。

经过查找资料,按以下步骤可以得到解决:
鼠标右键单击mysql服务(有的是MySQL55等)——》点击“属性”——》“登录”选项卡——》选择“本地系统帐户”单选按钮——》“应用”。
一般多出现与mysq低权限运行问题中,不建议使用本地系统账户运行mysql。
首先要保证你的my.ini配置文件没什么问题
