mysql-刚接触MYSQL ，一些不太明白的概念

mysqlrootcmd数据库
在 cmd里可以通过 mysql登入数据库，也可以使用root账户登录数据库，还可以再建账户登录，有什么区别吗？
还有就是 net stop mysql ；是mysql一直在后台进程中吗？还是它的什么服务一直在运行？那exit时关闭的是什么呢？
小白求指导。。。。。
