现有数据库a，内有字段 shijian，格式为时间戳
如何分小时查询数据？不是查询某一天的，是所有的时间的
例如
shijian为0时的数据......
shijian为1时的数据......
..
..
shijian为22时的数据
shijian为24时的数据
