- 任何时候，只要价格变动，都进行预警。
- 当用户一直处于监控界面时，实时预警；
- 当用户进入监控界面时，对用户上次进入监控界面到当前时间段价格变动进行预警提示。
- 预警方式包括但不限于弹出窗口、颜色凸显等方法。
以上是需求，要怎么样设计数据库，以及用什么方法可以实现
