解决方法：
1, 卸载MySQL
2, 删除目录 C:/Documents and Settings/All Users/Application Data/MySQL
3, 重新安装MySQL 就好了
如何你C:/Documents and Settings/All Users下没有Application Data文件夹，选择：工具——文件夹选项——查看——选择显示所有文件和文件夹
