这里通过修改数据库服务启动时的配置文件来达到修改的目的
，先关闭数据库服务，修改配置文件：修改的时候有几个地方会涉及端口号，只需要改如下的即可
启动数据库服务，连接的时候就必须要通过13306来连接了，否则连不上
