Manufacturers and importers of micro, light, and small civil unmanned aircraft are responsible for the safety of their products. If it is confirmed that the product is defective, they must immediately recall the defect, must not conceal the defect, and immediately stop producing, selling, and importing the defective product. Notify other operators to cease operations .
If it is confirmed that the product is defective but the manufacturer or importer fails to implement the recall, the State Administration for Market Regulation shall order it to implement the recall .
The micro, light and small civil unmanned aircraft referred to in this announcement are classified according to the relevant provisions of the "Interim Regulations on the Management of Unmanned Aircraft Flights".This announcement will be implemented from the date of issuance.
