As you can see, we announced that we will end support for Magic Leap 1 on December 31, 2024. We have currently closed the sales channel, but existing users will continue to receive support until 2025.
By 2025, the following adjustments will occur:
- System: Magic Leap will fix outage issues that affect core functionality that occurred before December 31, 2024 (as determined by Magic Leap Company).
- Customer Service: Before December 31, 2024, if users encounter failures when using Magic Leap 1 products, we will continue to provide troubleshooting assistance.
- Warranty: Magic Leap will perform corresponding responsibilities according to the previously negotiated Magic Leap 1 warranty policy.
- Cloud Services: After December 31, 2024, Magic Leap 1 products will no longer provide cloud service support. Core functionality will reach end of life and Magic Leap 1 devices and apps will stop functioning.
