Microsoft PowerToys v0.59.1 update: new features and bug fixes

Last month's release of PowerToys v0.59.1 did not introduce anything new; it was mainly about fixing bugs found in v0.59.0. However, the latest PowerToys update with version number 0.60.0 adds several new features as well as a nice set of bug fixes and improvements over the previous version.
