According to a newly granted patent application, Apple is working on a one-way mirror treatment, wireless charging system and charging stand for headphone devices.

Apple explains how the headset’s adjustable headband contains a number of spaced receiving coils that connect to the device’s power storage, or battery. The headband continues to work as expected and is adjustable on the left and right sides to comfortably support the display unit in front of the user. Apple also describes a separate charging mode that would allow wireless charging even if the user is wearing the headphones. 
The patent describes a "power device" that accompanies the headphones, including a base connected to the transmission coil. In some embodiments, the power supply unit is a charging stand from which the headphones hang by its headband, while in other embodiments it is a flat charging base for simply placing the headphones on.
