How to change shortcut's icon to original icon on iPhone
App's Shortcuts app contains a collection of shortcuts and automations designed to increase your productivity and help you simplify daily tasks. The application allows you to handle the actions of other applications installed on your iPhone and create multiple tasks and shortcuts from one application.
Until now, any app-based shortcut created in the Shortcuts app would display a custom app icon for you or the app designed for that action. This can sometimes cause confusion because apps display custom icons within the shortcut homepage, making it harder for users to find which app the shortcut is linked to. With the latest update to iOS, Apple is now allowing users to change a shortcut's icon to its default app icon to make it easier to find the shortcut they want to use or edit.

Before changing a shortcut’s current icon to its original app version, you need to make sure your iPhone is running is iOS 16.4 beta 2 (as of March 7, 2023, but should be part of iOS stable soon). If you're on the stable iOS update channel, we recommend waiting a few more weeks to get this update.
Note: Beta versions of iOS may not perform your daily tasks stably. Therefore, install beta iOS versions at your own risk.
If your iPhone is running iOS 16.4 (Beta 2), you can first open the "Shortcuts" app on your iPhone and change any icons of the shortcuts for its original application version.
In Shortcuts, find the shortcut whose icon you want to change and click the three-dot icon in the upper right corner of the desired shortcut box.
#This will open the action screen for the selected shortcut. Here, click on the shortcut icon at the top.
#In the icon menu that appears, you will be able to see the original application's icon available as an option instead of the previously selected shortcut icon.
To set the original app's icon as the shortcut's default icon, select the app icon and tap in the upper right corner to finish.
#You will now return to the shortcut's action screen. To confirm your action, click in the upper right corner to complete.
#You should now see the original app’s icon appear within the selected shortcut in the Shortcuts app.
Although this app icon will appear within the Shortcuts app, you won't be able to view it if its shortcut is on the iOS home screen.
