Select the local folder to be uploaded to the Gitee repository and click "OK":

2. Use the command line to upload local files

If you are familiar with Git command line operations, you can also use the command line to upload local files. Find the folder you want to upload on your computer, use the cd command to enter the folder directory:

cd /path/to/local/folder

Then use the following command to copy the local warehouse Connected to Gitee:

git remote add origin https://[username]@gitee.com/[username]/[repo_name].git

where [username] is where you are Gitee username, [repo_name] is the name of your warehouse.

Next, use the following command to add the files in the local folder to the Git repository:

git add .

Then use the following command to commit the local code :

git commit -m "Submit code description"

Finally, use the following command to push the code to the Gitee repository:

git push -u origin master

4. View the successfully uploaded files

On the Gitee warehouse page, you can see the successfully uploaded files and directories:
