Then configuring php.ini
curl.cainfo=/usr/local/etc/openssl/cacert.pem openssl.cafile=/usr/local/etc/openssl/cacert.pem openssl.capath=/usr/local/etc/openssl
has no effect. It seems that it is not because of these
