Follow the following steps to confirm whether Windows Update related services are running normally:
1. Click the Start menu and enter "services.msc" in the search bar (do not put quotation marks) and press Enter. If the User Account Control window pops up, please click "Continue".

3. Click the "General" tab, make sure the "Startup Type" is "Automatic", and then click the "Enable" button under "Service Status".
