Create a new canvas and create a new layer 1. Use the Rectangular Marquee Tool to draw a selection and fill it with the foreground color.
Select layer 1, execute the free transform command (ctrl T/Edit-Free Transform), place the mouse inside the free transform box, and move the graphic to the right.
Commit the transformation (press Enter or click the checkmark in the toolbar above).
Hold down ctrl shift alt T (this operation is to repeat the free transformation of the previous step) and find that an identical graphic has been copied equidistantly.
Keep pressing ctrl shift alt T as many times as you need.
