National Computer Rank Examination (hereinafter referred to as NCRE) was approved by the former National Education Commission (now the Ministry of Education) and sponsored by the Examination Center of the Ministry of Education. Second Level Exam
Level: Programming, advanced application level of office software. The assessment content includes computer language and basic programming abilities, requiring candidates to master a computer language. Ability requires that candidates have computer application knowledge and advanced application capabilities of MS Office office software, and be able to carry out specific applications in actual office environments.

Form: Completely in the form of computer-based examination. The computer-based examination time for each subject is 120 minutes, and the full score is 100 points.

Second-level language and database subjects (i.e., other secondary subjects except MS Office advanced applications): the total score reaches 60 points and the multiple-choice question score reaches 50% and above (that is, the multiple-choice question score must reach 20 points and above).
Assessment content
The second level is positioned as a programmer, and the assessment content includes public basic knowledge and programming. All subjects have unified requirements for basic knowledge and use a unified public basic knowledge examination syllabus and tutorials. Second-level public basic knowledge is reflected in the multiple-choice questions in each subject examination. The programming part mainly tests candidates' basic abilities in using programming languages and programming debugging, which are reflected in multiple-choice questions and operational questions.
