直接运行 pip install torchvision 很容易卡住、超时或报错，根本原因是：torchvision 不会独立发布通用 wheel，它必须与已安装的 torch 版本严格匹配。如果你本地没装 torch，或 torch 版本太新/太旧，pip 会尝试从 PyPI 源里找“兼容版本”，但 PyPI 上只保留极少数最新组合，其余全部下架——结果就是 404 或 dependency conflict。

PyTorch 官方把所有历史 torch/torchvision 配对 wheel 全部托管在 https://download.pytorch.org/whl/ 下的子路径中，而不是 PyPI。所以你必须显式告诉 pip 去那里找。
正确做法是先确认你的 torch 版本和硬件环境，再拼出对应 URL：

注意：--extra-index-url 是追加源，不是替换；它不会影响其他包，只对 torch/torchvision 生效。不加这个参数，pip 就不知道去哪下载。
版本不匹配时怎么查对应关系
torch 和 torchvision 的版本不是随意搭配的。比如 torch==2.4.0 只配 torchvision==0.19.0，装成 0.19.1 就会 import 失败或 DataLoader 报 AttributeError。
最可靠的方法是查官方表格（2026 年仍有效）：

清华源 https://pypi.tuna.tsinghua.edu.cn/simple 加速的是 PyPI 包，但对 PyTorch 官方 wheel 无效。所以你要双管齐下：
- 先确保 pip 源已切到国内（避免 pip 自身慢）：
pip config set global.index-url https://pypi.tuna.tsinghua.edu.cn/simple - 装 torchvision 时仍必须带
--extra-index-url，因为那是另一个域名下的静态文件服务 - 阿里云源（
https://mirrors.aliyun.com/pypi/simple/）同理，只加速 PyPI，不加速download.pytorch.org

最容易被忽略的一点：torchvision 的 wheel 文件名里带 +cu121 或 +cpu，不是后缀，是版本字符串的一部分。如果 pip 拿到一个没带标记的 torchvision（比如从 PyPI 拿的），它大概率不能和你的 torch 协同工作——哪怕版本号看起来一样。
