Get all executed functions and classes of the current file
array get_defined_functions (void)

// Returns a multidimensional array containing a list of all defined functions, both built-in (internal) and user-defined. Internal functions will be accessed via $adapt["internal"], and those defined in user using $adapt["user"] (see example below).
