想做一个这样的社交网站。求指点

网站内容。大概构思

1，图片，视频共享
2，好友互动，用户可以简单的制作自己的音频，视频，Flash文件等多媒体，（有点象涂鸦的感觉，但可以配音频）上传共享
3，其他好友可以修改好友共享的多媒体文件

问题
1，现在有这样的网站吗？可以用来参考下。
2，技术上，提供用户自己实现自己的多媒体（上面2的功能），这个可行吗？有没有可以参考的工具或产品。
3，还有就是我的这个想法有没有可建设性？希望大家给点建议。。各抒己见嘛。。欢迎指点。。。
