iis下php上传图片报错

今天将做好的网站上传至空间
本地上传好好的。
但是上传至空间上传图片时就报：
Something error:

500 Internal Server Error

cann't send post data to remote server

Please check or try again later.

昨天还好好的今天上传时就报这个错误。

不能发送post数据到远程服务器。

估计是权限问题，打开错误提示看看。
