不可能，上传文件的数据是打包在 http 数据包中的，而 php 程序要在 http 数据包解包之后才开始执行
如果你是在客户端直接调用云存储客户端伤处啊文件的话，那么就和 php 没有半毛钱的关系了

你大慨是想说 API 吧？看看提供云存储的商家有没有提供API给你直接调直接到那边

只能传到自己服务器同步到云然后删除

理论上，只有一种可能方法，就是利用客户端浏览器的html和js将文件直接传入到另一个域的服务器，即云端，但这就跨域了吧，浏览器会禁止的。不过你可以试试看是否跨域。
