受不鸟了 搞了一天的乱码问题
首先 俺的MYSQL数据库设置为UTF-8 貌似木有错误
再次 数据表貌似也没有不顺眼的地方
最后 编辑用的notepad++也是UTF-8编码模式
但是啦 在数据库中怎么会是这种东西-----乱码呢?
还有那个Navicat里边
求高人指点。。。。。

1、第一个命令窗口有 c:\pro....
可确认你是在 windows 环境下工作,自然是GBK环境啦
2、你的建表 SQL 指出,你的表是 utf8 的
3、你的 php 代码中并没有声明将用 utf8 编码进行操作
4、第二个命令窗口,显示的“乱码”是因为你是在 windows 环境中,非 gbk 编码都显示为“乱码”
5、Navicat 是什么?
他显示出,它工作于西欧编码环境中
