在本地测试没有问题
一把文件传到网上测试就出现下面的问题

iconv默认是内置的，不需要额外装，但是有的时候因为误操作可能把某些配置删除了！
在PHP。INI里看看有没有：extension=php_iconv.dll这行。如果没有加上去，然后把前面分号;去掉！重启APACHE。

如果php5就真是超级奇怪，可以想象的只有这个windows平台下的php5是自己编译的，并且编译时还特意把iconv排除在外
LZ上传一个phpinfo去看看iconv有没有吧？顺便看看php的版本
一两年前有些IDC号称php5实际上是需要客户再申请才开通的――就是挪到新服务器，不申请默认是放在php4的服务器上
