Using Instagram Blend:

To initiate a Blend, invite participants from an existing individual or group chat. Within the Messages section of the mobile app, open the desired chat and tap the Blend icon. All chat members receive an invitation; a Blend is created if at least one person accepts, but individual Reels are only added if that user also accepts.

Access the Blend by tapping its icon at the top of the chat. Comment on or react to Reels as you wish. Remove unwanted Reels by tapping the three dots and selecting "Remove from your blends" (removing it from all your Blends). To leave a Blend, open it, tap the Settings icon, and select "Leave this blend".
