“For Galaxy Digital, a big milestone. We are close to the Nasdaq launch,” Novogratz said on Twitter X.

“The SEC has announced the validity of our registration statement, and TSX has approved the arrangement plan for our proposed restructuring and the Nasdaq listed.”

The company's shares will be traded on a Nasdaq under the stock symbol Glxy.
